That’s because as much as you dread vegetables, they can be of great help when it comes to keeping your body healthy. Commonly, people dive into veggies when dieting or caring for skin. But apart from that, veggies can work miraculously when it comes to our hair. They consist of vitamins and minerals which can help in achieving shiny, healthy and smooth hair. Here’s how:
Tomatoes are just one of the best veggies out there. They have vitamins and minerals present in them. They are consistent of antioxidants. We all know how beneficial antioxidants are for our body. They cleanse the body of toxins and also, help in the repair and growth of cells. Tomatoes can be taken directly in the form of food or can be applied in the form of juice to the scalp as well. This can help in getting rid of the damaged hair and dandruff as well. Wash your hair with shampoo then, apply the tomato juice and leave it on for 5 minutes. Wash it afterward and apply conditioner.
